Your parcel will be delivered to the shipping address that you provided at the time of purchase. Please ensure that the address provided is complete and accurate. If the address is incorrect, please email contact@ellorebeauty.com as soon as possible. If your order has already been processed then we cannot make any changes to the address or redirect the parcel. If this does happen, we will not be able to resend your parcel or issue a refund.

Orders may end up being returned to us for various reasons including, incorrect address, unclaimed at the post office, etc. If a package is returned or rejected, the customer will need to email contact@ellorebeauty.com to arrange redelivery and may be responsible to pay for all postage costs. As we had provided “free shipping” for the first time and will not be responsible for reshipping. 

In case of a “delayed order” (not received within 8 weeks), we will reship or refund the order. 

Elloré Beauty is not responsible for lost or stolen parcels delivered to the address provided during checkout. In the event that the parcel is missing, you are responsible to contact the carrier or local authorities. We won’t be able to send you another parcel or make a refund. Risk in the products purchased will pass to you once delivery has been made to your nominated address.

We pride ourselves in getting your package on the way to you and at your door promptly and in a timely fashion. It takes 4 to 5 weeks (from the day you receive your shipping confirmation) for the product to arrive at your door. Most of the time your product will arrive a lot quicker, but due to logistics and customs clearings, delays could be possible so we promise a little longer to save our valued customers from any kind of inconvenience.  

When your package is in transit, allow shipping carriers to update the tracking status every 24 hours.
